A leading GP Federation in Manchester is seeking a Primary Care Network Manager. ThePCN management role covers 3 PCNs in Central Manchester, and will be thecentral operational lead for the network responsible for day to day delivery,compliance, workforce coordination, digital transformation and strategicdevelopment. You will be responsible for working coordinating with a team whichincludes finance, operational and business intelligence.
As Primary Care Network manager, you willco-ordinate and lead activities across three PCNs.
Typical tasks include Project Planning, engagingwith PCNs and associated stakeholders. The post holder will ensure a high levelof ongoing communication and engagement with all PCNs.
