Job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist-IP, to work part time (30hrs) for a GP Practice in East Kennet.

The Pharmacist Network is a pharmacist‑led organisation that provides general practices nationally, with the delivery of pharmacist and pharmacy technician services.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the smooth running of day‑to‑day activities within general practice, while providing pharmaceutical care and advice to patients focusing on best practice and adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
  • Help resolve medication‑related queries.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Improve patient outcomes.
  • Support the improvement of access to healthcare.
