A prominent healthcare organisation in Chipping Barnet is seeking a Hybrid/Onsite Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist. The role involves supporting a multidisciplinary team, conducting medication reviews, and providing expert advice to enhance patient care. Candidates should possess an Independent Prescribing Qualification and experience in primary care settings. This position offers flexible working arrangements within GP practices, making a significant impact on patient healthcare outcomes.
We currently have two exciting opportunities for two Hybrid/Onsite Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist-IP to work full time within two GP practices within Barnet PCN. This opportunity is available for a highly motivated and focused Clinical Pharmacist-IPs, who will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day activities within general practice, while playing a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care and advice to patients focusing on best practice and adhering to safety guidelines.
The working pattern split between onsite and remote working can be negotiated.
Full-time hours can be worked within core opening hours of the GP practices
As a hybrid/onsite Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist-IP you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
You will help resolve medication-related queries, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, improve patient outcomes and support the improvement of access to healthcare.
