Are you ready to take your pricing expertise to the next level?

At Kramp, we’re transforming the agricultural parts industry with innovation, digitalization, and data-driven decisions. As our Pricing Specialist /Expert for Poland & Baltics, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and pricing excellence across multiple markets.

You’ll partner with sales, assortment, and finance teams to shape our pricing strategy, analyse market trends, and unlock growth opportunities that directly impact Kramp’s success.

What is your role?

Your key responsibilities:

  • Partner with cluster and sales leaders to define and execute regional pricing strategies.
  • Deploy and embed Revenue Growth Management tools, analytics, and best practices.
  • Analyse pricing data, market dynamics, and competitor activity to deliver actionable insights.
  • Monitor pricing performance and ensure achievement of revenue and margin targets.
  • Act as a change agent, promoting a data-driven pricing culture across the organization.
  • Collaborate with other Pricing Specialists and the Cluster Pricing Manager to ensure a consistent and scalable pricing approach.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of commercial experience, including 3–4 years in pricing or revenue management (B2B preferred).
  • Strong analytical and data skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across markets.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
