A prominent lighting solutions company is seeking a Pricing Manager to own and execute pricing strategy across diverse channels. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in pricing or revenue management, with a strong analytical background and exceptional communication skills. This role involves managing complex pricing, defining key metrics, and ensuring competitiveness in a multi-channel environment. Remote applicants within 100 miles are welcome.
This role is primarily remote; however, candidates must live within 100 miles of Lansdale, PA (19446) due to onsite collaboration requirements.
If you live within 50 miles:
this role will follow our standard hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week).
If you live 50–100 miles away:
this role will require onsite presence up to 6 days per quarter (typically 2 days per month).

The Pricing Manager will own Keystone’s pricing strategy and execution ecosystem, ensuring competitive, profitable, and scalable pricing across a complex multi-channel environment. This role will define and maintain key pricing KPIs and metrics, oversee pricing software and tools, and lead strategic cross-functional initiatives that directly impact revenue and margin growth. With multiple sales channels, thousands of SKUs, and both stock/flow and project-based quotations, this role balances pricing strategy with the operational realities of global sourcing, overseas supply chains, tariffs, and fluctuating costs. Success requires strong executive communication and influence, deep customer segmentation analysis, and a continuous improvement mindset to optimize profitability across our entire customer base.
