If you're passionate about learning how to turn analysis into action and influencing commercial outcomes, this is your opportunity to make a measurable difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis to support the development of pricing strategies, including elasticity modelling, lifetime value analysis, and commission optimisation.

  • Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to refine pricing models using tools such as Earnix.
  • Monitor pricing performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion, retention, and profitability.
  • Assist in fraud detection and risk selection analytics to support pricing integrity.
  • Support insurer pricing initiatives by analysing risk selection and identifying opportunities for market expansion.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Successfully completed a degree level course or post graduate course in data analytics and/or mathematics
  • High level of proficiency in data modelling and statistical analysis
  • A strong interest in developing a career in pricing and data analysis
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
