Job summary

Polo Managing Agency (PMA) is seeking a seasoned Head of Pricing Oversight to lead pricing governance across Lloyd's syndicates. This senior role provides independent review of pricing methodologies and supports regulatory compliance while driving profitability and client growth.

You will collaborate with Boards, senior management and underwriting teams as part of the Actuarial Function. You will guide pricing policy, data governance, reporting and system architecture, and help strengthen PMA's

Qualifications

• Non-Life actuarial experience, preferably in London or Lloyd's market.
• Qualified actuary or equivalent.
• Knowledge of pricing methods and Lloyd's Principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing pricing governance and capabilities to align with Lloyd's pricing principles.
• Leading PMA's Actuarial team and contributing to strategic direction.
• Overseeing pricing model development, validation and recalibration processes.
