The Role - What You'll Lead

• Refine profitability understanding across the motor portfolio, embedding value-focused assessments across risk pricing and underwriting.
• Improve models through analysis of risk drivers, calibration, inflation and pricing initiatives.
• Develop and enhance toolkits to proactively spot opportunities in claims, market data, and underwriting performance.
• Communicate insights and movements clearly to stakeholders across Pricing, Underwriting, Trading and Finance.

What You'll Bring

• General insurance pricing experience (ideally personal lines).
• Strong analytical toolkit - SQL, Python, Radar.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
