Job summary

A leading actuarial recruitment firm in the UK seeks a Pricing Analyst to support the maintenance of pricing models and analyze policyholder data for the annuity business. The successful candidate will be part qualified as an Actuary or have relevant experience in Annuity Pricing. Knowledge of Solvency II, UK GAAP, and IFRS 17 reporting is advantageous. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dedicated Pricing team and contribute to key valuation processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Annuity Pricing preferred.
• Familiarity with Solvency II, UK GAAP, and IFRS 17 is a plus.

Responsibilities

Working within the Pricing team, the role will involve:

• Supporting the maintenance of pricing models for the annuity business, including bulk annuities
• Supporting the preparation and analysis of policyholder data pricing including methods and assumptions
• Experience investigations for factors affecting pricing assumptions
• Supporting the valuation including Solvency II, UK GAAP and IFRS 17 reporting.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a part qualified Actuary or those who have given up the exams with an interest or experience in Annuity Pricing.
