The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of non-life actuarial experience, a Master's in a quantitative field, and is pursuing FIA/FFA. Strong Python/R/SQL skills and data-driven thinking are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of non-life non-pet actuarial experience.
• Commitment to obtaining FIA or FFA.
• Master's degree in mathematics / econometrics / actuarial science preferred.
• Personal lines pricing experience required.
• Knowledge of Python or R and SQL; data science basics.
• Pricing for UK market, price modeling and strategy.

Responsabilités

• Pricing processes for UK market including price making, modeling and strategy.
• Balance rating accuracy and profitability with price comparison website competitiveness.
• Contribute to building pricing machinery enabling speed to market.
• Develop pricing for new products and add-ons.
• Identify optimal pricing and underwriting actions from data monitoring.
• Advance actuarial education through industry research and regulatory awareness.
