Standard Life in London is seeking a part-qualified actuary with pricing experience and a strong commercial mindset to shape how we price, compete and grow across our Individual Annuity business.

Joining the Individual Annuity Pricing team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to Lifetime and Fixed-Term products, using market insight and actuarial analysis to influence pricing decisions and customer outcomes, with hybrid working and a competitive package.

Qualifikationen

• Part-qualified actuary with pricing experience and commercial mindset.
• Experience in pricing within a retail flow business and annuity pricing is valuable.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Aufgaben

• Analyse pricing competitiveness and market insight to balance value, competitiveness and profitability.
• Produce pricing MI and provide clear recommendations.
• Implement pricing changes in production environments with controls.
• Develop pricing bases and pricing assumptions.
• Support development of Lifetime and Fixed-Term Annuity products.
• Perform pricing calculations and analyze data to support decisions.
• Communicate findings to senior colleagues and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance pricing capability.
