The Actuary in London invites applications from a nearly qualified actuary or actuarial student for a high-visibility pricing role. You will partner with underwriters on the case-pricing process for individual risks, and help calibrate experience-rating tools while maintaining pricing documentation.

In addition to strong statistics and loss-modelling skills and Excel/R proficiency, you will contribute to portfolio performance analysis, planning, budgeting and forecasting, renewal rate

Qualifications

• Nearly qualified actuary or actuarial student
• Experience in case-pricing and portfolio-management
• Strong statistical and loss-modelling skills
• Working knowledge of Excel and R
• Progress towards FIA qualification

Responsabilités

• Lead the case-pricing process for individual risks
• Review complex accounts and calibrate experience-rating tools
• Maintain pricing records and documentation
• Promote best practice across the team
• Assess portfolio performance and support planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and wider actuarial projects
