Qualifications

• General insurance pricing experience required or highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Experience with Excel, VBA, and statistical programming tools such as R or Python is desirable.
• Exposure to SQL and Power BI is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead account pricing, portfolio analysis, model development and rate monitoring.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Influence pricing strategy and enhance pricing tools and capabilities across the business.
