  • Responsible for the reconciliation of forecasted and actual monthly expenditures.
  • Consolidation of multiple line of business data.
  • Production of Trend Analysis.
  • Ensure constant monitoring of the progress of work.
  • Load estimating data into relevant systems.
  • Presenting and engaging with external partners.
  • Using Dashboards to review/present data.
  • Working within a team of 4, reporting into the Portfolio Cost Lead.

Your Impact

This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover Maternity leave. The role will require you to work in a highly collaborative environment both within Leonardo UK across our sites and with our industrial partners. The role is responsible for the consolidation, interpretation and analysis of our costing data. Ensuring accuracy and compliance to contractual pricing principles to support our financial reporting responsibilities and timelines. You will be expected to work closely within the integrated project team and provide expertise and assistance to our Work Package Leads in understanding the cost drivers and contribute to driving efficiencies to increase affordability.

What you will do
  • Ensure all costs are allocated to the right destinations (work packages, projects)

  • Responsible for the reconciliation of forecasted and actual monthly expenditures.

  • Consolidation of multiple line of business data.

  • Production of Trend Analysis

  • Ensure constant monitoring of the progress of work by reviewing necessary supporting material. (Forward Loads / Material Plans).

  • Load estimating data into relevant systems and use the estimating and data systems in line with company standards.

  • Presenting and engaging with external partners within the Cost Scrum.

  • Using Dashboards to review/present data to internal stakeholders on progress

  • Working within a team of 4, reporting directly into the Portfolio Cost Lead

  • Optimise financial reporting workflows

  • Experience in automating tasks such as data entry and report generation.
