Job summary

A leading automotive recruitment agency is seeking a Prestige Sales Executive in North London. The role offers a basic salary of £24k with an OTE of £60k. The successful candidate will engage with customers, achieve sales targets for vehicles, and build long-lasting relationships. Required qualifications include experience in the motor trade, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving license. This full-time position mandates working Mondays to Saturdays with one day off in the week plus one in three Sundays.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade.
  • Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
  • Experience of prospecting and data recording.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent selling and negotiating skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles.
  • Building trust, communicating effectively, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintaining and accurately recording all customer contact details.
  • Handling all customer queries and complaints and ensuring resolution.
  • Responding to queries from new and existing customers regarding vehicle sales.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of manufacturer vehicles.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Achieving agreed sales targets for new and or used vehicles.
  • Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding customers expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintain and accurately record all customer contact details.
  • Handling all customer queries and complaints and ensuring they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.
  • Responding to queries from new and existing customers relating to vehicle sales.
  • Developing and maintaining a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles.
