Job summary

The AA in Swindon is recruiting for Jaguar Land Rover Dedicated Technician roles in partnership with Jaguar Land Rover. You’ll deliver prestige roadside support for JLR vehicles and own the customer experience from arrival to repair completion.

Role includes warranty work, diagnostics, and advanced repairs. You’ll start from home with a JLR van, tools, and uniform, and work a 40-hour week with a shift window from 7am to 9pm and flexible standby hours to fit your life.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points).
• Confident, independent, and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prestige roadside support for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles using manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostics.
• Take complete ownership of the customer experience from arrival to completion of the repair.
• Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction every time.
• Handle a mix of warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs.
• Start and end your day at home with a fully equipped JLR van, tools, and uniform.
• Work 40 hours/week – currently with a 7am–9pm shift range, with flexible standby hours to suit your life.
