• Qualification in make-up artistry or prior retail make-up experience desirable
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with retail POS software and basic sales processes
