General Sales Manager - Prestige Automotive Retail

Location: Guildford Area

Package: £67,500 basic | £90,000+ OTE | Executive company vehicle

Hours: 5-day working week across Monday-Saturday (08:30 - 18:00)

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and surpass vehicle sales, finance & insurance, and profitability targets
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high‑calibre team to peak performance
  • Ensure operational excellence across stock management, budgeting, and showroom standards
  • Embodily promote the values of a premium automotive brand at every customer touchpoint
  • Contribute to the broader leadership team on group strategy and business development
