Job summary

Workforce Group are recruiting in West Bromwich for an experienced Press Brake Setter to join their team on a permanent basis. The role involves setting and operating Press Brake machinery, programming and adjusting to engineering drawings, and delivering components to quality targets.

This position offers a rotating shift pattern with a 39-hour week, an attractive hourly rate (£17.69 including shift allowance), and a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days leave and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating press brake machinery.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to quality and production targets.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate Press Brake machinery and associated equipment.
• Program machines and adjust per engineering drawings.
• Produce components to required quality and production targets.
• Carry out quality checks and maintain records.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
