Job summary

MFS is seeking a Presentation Specialist to produce and deliver client-facing materials that communicate investment strategies globally. You will ensure accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with templates and brand standards across regions and products.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will review data requirements, proof materials, and coordinate translations and updates, while maintaining high standards of client service and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience.
• Experience in data reporting and/or a desktop publishing environment, preferably with experience in the financial services industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Windows and tools listed (Adobe CC, InDesign, Acrobat, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with workflow systems such as SharePoint/Workfront is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end presentation production for global materials.
• Review data requirements and apply regional nuances for product styles.
• Peer review and proofreading to ensure standards and accuracy.
• Ensure documents contain content and graphic elements; annotate PDFs as needed.
• Maintain consistency across product, region and vehicle styles and escalate issues.
• Participate in quarterly updates, translation coordination and print verification.
• Cross-train to support production needs during high volume and provide coverage.
• Uphold MFS brand standards and high-quality materials.

These materials support business development efforts and ongoing client relationships by helping teams communicate investment strategies, products, and services to prospective and existing clients.Working under the guidance of management and senior team members, this role ensures all presentation materials are accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with established templates, brand standards, and quality expectations.This position partners with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate and implement content revisions, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and within required timelines while supporting a high standard of client service. The Presentation Specialist also conducts quality reviews to minimize risk and maintain consistency across materials.In addition, the role collaborates with team members and business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.**WHAT YOU WILL DO*** With direction, manages the end-to-end presentation production process of marketing and client service presentations used around the globe.* With guidance, learns the varying data requirements for different products and vehicles and applies that knowledge to accurately review materials. Establishes a comfort level with regional nuances and can identify performance, compliance and other custom investment requirements specific to a particular region or product style when reviewing material.* Peer reviews and proofreads materials to ensure that current corporate editorial standards and formats are adhered to, and all data and information is accurate. Ensures that documents contain all necessary content and graphic elements; identifies problem areas and provides edits via PDF annotations.* Maintains consistency across multiple product, region and vehicle styles and escalates issues to management as appropriate.* Participates in ongoing team tasks as required including, but not limited to topics such as quarterly material updates, translation project management, document posting and verification to print portals.* Proactively expands knowledge and cross-trains in order to help with production needs in times of high volume and can provide coverage in other areas as needed.* With support from manager and senior team members, ensures the following: that the high-quality of MFS materials are constantly upheld; that the MFS brand standard is consistently followed.**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience.* Experience in a data reporting and/or a desktop publishing environment, preferably with experience in the financial services industry.* Ability to work well under pressure and manage several projects at the same time while under tight deadlines. Ability to proof materials such as: charts, tables, graphs, text and graphical elements.* Knowledge of Windows-based operating system and applications, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in graphing software preferred. Experience with workflow management systems such as Sharepoint/Workfront a plus.* Strong communications skills required as well as the ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the company.
