Overview

Are you a Locum Clinical Pharmacist available to work in Woking, Surrey?

We have sessions available in a lovely GP surgery for 2-3 days a week. Contract starts ASAP and runs until the end of March, paying £39-£40 per hour. The surgery is looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist who can prescribe and has experience working in a GP Surgery and can use Emis Web. The surgery is aiming for availability on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, but days are flexible.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacist services in a GP surgery setting, with prescribing where appropriate.
• Utilise Emis Web in daily workflows.
• Collaborate with the GP team to support medicine optimisation and patient care.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in a GP setting.
• Current prescribing eligibility and ability to prescribe within the scope of practice.
• Experience using Emis Web.
