Job description

The Preschool Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a preschool setting, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. They lead and support staff, uphold safeguarding and regulatory standards, and foster strong relationships with families.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing a team of drivers and ensuring all transport runs smoothly and safely
  • Operating breakfast club, including morning pickups and drop-offs at local schools and nursery schools
  • Managing afternoon pickups and drop-offs for schools and nursery sessions
  • Creating and maintaining a weekly schedule for all pickups and drop-offs
  • Communicating efficiently with parents, staff, and schools to coordinate changes or special requests
  • Ensuring all vehicles meet safety and cleanliness standards
  • Providing support and cover for staff when needed
Skills and Qualifications
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or willing to work towards)

Further Information

Work Time: Working a minimum of 37 hours per week between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. No weekends.
