Preschool Room Leader

Location: Epping, Essex

Position: Full-Time (4 or 5 days per week)

Salary: £27,000-£30,000 per annum

About the Nursery

Newly opened nursery for children aged 0-5.

Open year-round (closed at Christmas and on bank holidays).

The Role

As Preschool Room Leader, you will:

• Lead the preschool room and mentor your team
• Create a stimulating, age-appropriate curriculum
• Support school readiness and children's wellbeing
• Build strong, positive relationships with families
• Ensure safeguarding and EYFS standards are met
• Work full-time across 4 or 5 days per week (9‑hour shifts including lunch, scheduled between 7am and 6pm)

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
• Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS if not already in place
