Job summary

The Kindergartens Ltd is seeking an Early Years Educator for our Mouse House SW18 setting. You will provide high quality care and education to children aged 0-5, plan EYFS activities, and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment.

The role requires Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, nursery experience, strong communication, patience and empathy. We offer a competitive salary (£30,992 - £37,440 per annum), training, pension, cycle to work, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• First Aid Paediatric and CPR certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
