About the Role

As a Presales Treasury Solution Manager at FIS, you will lead a team of Sales Solution Consultants focused on delivering innovative treasury solutions to our clients across the EMEA region. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales engagements, shaping solution strategy, and ensuring alignment between client needs and FIS's product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Solution Consultants.
  • Own the pre-sales strategy for treasury solutions, supporting enterprise sales teams across the UK and EMEA.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with market needs and client expectations.
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders at client organizations to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Drive pipeline growth and conversion through strategic solution positioning and consultative selling.
  • Represent FIS at industry events, client workshops, and internal forums as a subject matter expert in treasury.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategy and product development.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven leadership experience in managing pre-sales or solution consulting teams.
  • Deep understanding of corporate treasury processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based financial technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization.
  • Experience with FIS products or similar treasury platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial technology, treasury solutions, or enterprise software sales.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in treasury and payments.
