Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking an experienced Key Stage 2 supply teacher for Bolton. You will deliver high‑quality KS2 lessons across multiple primary schools in Bolton, ensuring continuity of learning for Years 3 to 6.

You must have QTS, KS2 and SEN experience, strong classroom management, and be able to adapt to different school environments. DBS check required. This full‑time role offers weekly pay, variety, and potential permanent placements.

Qualifications

  • Proven KS2 and SEN teaching experience across Years 3-6.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality KS2 lessons across multiple primary schools.
  • Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Maintain engaging, well-managed classrooms and accurate records.
  • Collaborate with school staff to tailor teaching approaches per setting.

Experienced Key Stage 2 Supply Teacher – Bolton
Full-Time, 5 Days Per Week

Are you a passionate and experienced Key Stage 2 teacher looking for consistent, rewarding work in Bolton? We’re seeking a dedicated supply teacher to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable teacher who thrives in varied classroom environments. You’ll be working across different primary schools in the Bolton area, delivering high-quality education to Key Stage 2 pupils and making a real difference to their learning journey.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6)
  • Strong experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching styles
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable:
  • Experience with a range of SEN including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum and current teaching standards
  • Flexibility and resilience
