Albert’s Schloss, part of the Mission Mars Group, is seeking a Prep Chef to join a busy kitchen and help prepare fresh, locally sourced ingredients for world‑class dishes served to our guests. You’ll join our food crew in a fast‑moving environment.

The ideal candidate loves cooking, thrives under pressure, and works well with a close team, bringing energy and pride to plating. The role pays £15.70 per hour plus tronc and bonus.

£15.70 per hour + tronc + bonus

We are looking for a Prep Chef with the enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fresh food in a high-volume restaurant.

As a member of our food crew you'll be a valuable part of a team that thrives on the excitement and pressure of working in a busy food operation.

You’ll work alongside our Chefs as part of a tight-knit team in an exciting, fast-moving environment, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients and helping to deliver world-class dishes to our guests.
