Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is recruiting a Vehicle Technician in Watford to service and repair high-end vehicles at a premier main dealership. You will use modern diagnostics, enjoy a Monday–Friday week, and access ongoing manufacturer training, including EV technology.

The role offers a £42,000 basic salary with a bonus opportunity up to £7,000, generous training, and excellent career progression in a prestige environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician or Car Mechanic
• Strong mechanical knowledge and practical repair skills
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
• An understanding of modern vehicle electrical and electronic systems
• A methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving faults
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Diagnosing faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
• Investigating mechanical, electrical and electronic issues
• Completing vehicle inspections and identifying additional repair requirements
• Following manufacturer repair procedures and technical information
• Ensuring all work meets quality, safety and customer standards
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed
