Job summary

Motiva Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Implant Tyre Technician for a prestigious dealership in Carlisle. The role focuses on tyre fitting and repair across a range of cars and light vehicles, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

You will work independently and as part of a team, delivering excellent customer service in a premium environment. The position offers a competitive salary and fully funded IMI training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a competent Tyre Technician/Fitter, either through industry experience or an apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fit and repair tyres across a range of makes and models.
• Complete all work safely and to the highest standard.
• Remove and refit vehicle components and carry out associated adjustments where required.
• Identify and report any additional faults or safety concerns found during inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures.
• Ensure customers' vehicles are treated with care and returned clean and presentable.
• Work closely with the dealership team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Seek technical advice and guidance when required.
• Complete work efficiently and within agreed timescales.
