Responsibilities

• Undertake duties to ensure cleanliness and correct storage of Kitchen and equipment.
• Follow weekly and monthly cleaning duties lists as directed.
• Adhere to Hygiene, Health and Safety policies including HACCP.
• Assist with deliveries and stock in the Kitchen as needed.
• Dispose of waste and keep areas tidy.
