This role offers a constant pipeline of work and industry‑leading products. The ideal candidate will have experience in blinds installation and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include surveying and installing bespoke blinds, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. The position features competitive earnings, financial support initially, and the opportunity for growth within a family-owned business established in 1995.

Qualifications

• Previous experience installing blinds, shutters, curtains or similar products.
• Excellent practical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Confidence using technology, including tablet‑based systems.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Surveying properties and taking accurate measurements.
• Installing a wide range of bespoke blind systems.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout each installation.
• Advising customers on product operation and care.
• Managing your own installation schedule.
