Job summary

Constellation Platinum is recruiting experienced bartenders, bar staff and bar team leaders for Cheltenham Racecourse for the 2026/27 season. You will work across hospitality lounges, restaurants, private boxes and members’ bars, delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining high presentation standards.

We are seeking confident communicators with at least one year of bar experience, a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous bar experience minimum of one year is essential.
• Confident communicating with guests and colleagues.
• Friendly, engaging and customer focused.
• Enthusiastic with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.
• High standards of presentation and professionalism.
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day.
• Aged 18+.
