A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Premises Manager for an independent school in Windsor. The role involves managing maintenance operations and leading a team to ensure safety and high standards across the school site. Candidates should have experience in estates management, knowledge of health & safety regulations, and basic maintenance skills. Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, full-time (part-time considered)
Hours: 9am – 6pm, 40 hours per week
Start date: As soon as possible
Loyal Blue Recruitment are working exclusively with a respected independent preparatory school in Windsor to recruit an experienced and reliable Premises Manager.
This is a key role within the school’s operations team, responsible for ensuring the site is safe, secure, and well maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors.
The Premises Manager will take day-to-day responsibility for managing the school site, leading a small team, and maintaining high standards across all buildings and grounds.
The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to make sure the site meets all health, safety, and compliance requirements.
This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, good communication, and a willingness to work as part of a small, committed team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Premises Manager or site professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards and enjoys practical work.
Salary £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
