Academics are working with an excellent and friendly Primary school based in Bexley that is looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking Premises Manager to join their site team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing minor repairs and refurbishments.
• Handling porterage and basic DIY tasks.
• Ensuring the health and safety of the school premises.
• Responsible for opening/closing the site.

Requirements

• School experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Must have a fully Enhanced DBS.
• General maintenance experience.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
