Premises Manager

Full Time – 40 hours per week

Salary £38k to £42k p/a (dependent on experience) plus overtime

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced premises manager to lead our facilities team and ensure our school environment reflects the high standards that we uphold. The premises manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our buildings and grounds, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing contractors, and leading a small team of facilities staff. You will play a key role in supporting school events and lettings, maintaining our beautiful site, and ensuring the smooth running of all premises-related services.

Key Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in facilities management or health & safety
  • Proven experience in site or estates management
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Practical skills in building maintenance and systems operation
  • IT proficiency (email, spreadsheets, compliance systems)
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
