Job summary

Kier Group seeks a Premises Manager to join the Deptfort Green School team in Lewisham, London. The role centers on maintaining the safety and functionality of school premises while coordinating daily facilities activities.

You will inspect facilities, manage on-site subcontractors, supervise Premises Officers and Cleaning Staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and contract SLAs via the CAFM system.

We're looking for a Premises Manager to join our Deptfort Green School team based in Lewisham.

Location

Deptfort Green School, Lewisham

Hours

40 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?

As a Premises Manager, You'll Be Working Within The Lewisham PFI Schools Team, Supporting Them In Ensuring The Optimal Functioning And Safety Of School Premises. Your Day To Day Will Include

• Conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinating repairs while minimising disruption to school activities
• Managing subcontractors on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Implementing and upholding health and safety protocols, conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with emergency procedures
• Overseeing reactive and planned maintenance in line with contract SLAs through the CAFM system
• Providing leadership and guidance to Premises Officers and Cleaning Staff, identifying training and development opportunities
