Job summary

All Saints Catholic Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Premises team member for St John's Catholic Primary School, Rickmansworth. The role requires a proactive and flexible approach to maintain a secure and clean environment. The position is part-time (22.5 hours/week) with a split shift (7:00–9:30 and 16:00–18:00), 52-week contract, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.

Access to transport may be useful. Salary on the Hay scale H3, points 5–6 (£16,727–£16,982 incl. fringe allowance).

The successful candidate must be adaptable and flexible, particularly as this role has a requirement for a split shift working pattern, and times may vary dependent on school needs. Access to own transport would be useful.Good IT skills and familiarity with premises management software would be an advantage.

Permanent 52 week/year contract, with 25 days annual leave, plus 8 bank/public holidays.

Working hours : Part time - 22.5 hours per week (7am-9.30am, 4pm-6pm)

Hay Pay Scale : H3, point 5-6 - Actual Salary £16,727 - £16,982 including Fringe allowance
