Excellent rates of payA Premises Assistant is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South East London.

This Premises Assistant position will be full time and temporary in the first instance.

Duties for this Premises Assistant post will include but not be limited to:

• Carrying out maintenance of the buildings
• Handling repairs of the facilities
• Providing general security
• Day to day cleaning
• Overseeing standard safety checks
• Working with contractorsThe rates of pay for this Premises Assistant role will be between £16 to £18 per hour, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School:

A 'Good' Secondary School & Sixth located in the London Borough of Greenwich.

Based on past exam results, the school has been placed in the top 18% of schools nationally.
