We are currently seeking an experienced Pre‑Construction Manager to join our Regional Build team in Warrington, playing a key role in securing and shaping future work across the North West.
As Pre‑Construction Manager, you will lead the pre‑construction phase of bids and negotiated opportunities, ensuring solutions are safe, compliant, competitive, and aligned with client objectives. Working collaboratively with estimating, design, planning, commercial, and delivery teams, you will help transform early‑stage opportunities into successful, well‑planned projects.
