Fawkes and Reece are seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to support a Tier 1 contractor in the Southern region. You will take full ownership of tender opportunities and lead bids from first stage tender to contract award.

Reporting to the Preconstruction Director, the role offers progression, a strong company culture, and excellent work-life balance across multiple sectors including commercial, education, industrial, hotels and leisure.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar role with a main contractor.
• Experience working in public or private sector.
