Job summary

Fawkes & Reece, a leading commercial fit-out contractor, seeks an experienced Pre-Construction Director in Central London. You will own all preconstruction activities, leading a 10-strong team spanning Bid Management, Planning, Design and Estimating, while working closely with the board and operations teams.

The role demands senior leadership, sector-specific expertise, and a track record of delivering complex fit-out projects within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the commercial fit-out sector.
• Experience leading a sizable team in a construction context.
• Proven background in preconstruction activities and processes.
• Strong leadership with ability to drive multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Solid understanding across design, planning, estimating and commercial disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of all preconstruction activities across the business.
• Lead a 10-person team across Bid Management, Planning, Design and Estimating.
• Collaborate closely with the board of directors and the commercial and Operations teams.
