Job summary

Vector Recruitment Solutions is seeking a precision-driven Utility Surveyor in Hounslow to deliver high-accuracy subsurface mapping in PAS 128 standards, using GPR and EML, within a growing land and geospatial environment.

This permanent role offers a salary of around £35,000 per annum plus a fully expensed company vehicle, pension, holiday allowance and ongoing development within a multidisciplinary surveying team. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card and practical utility mapping experience.
• PAS 128 knowledge for accurate surveys.
• Experience locating underground services on various site types.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute subsurface investigations using GPR and EML.
• Post-process field data; collaborate with CAD teams to map utilities.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, utility mark-outs and pre-survey risk assessments.
• Ensure field deliverables meet safety standards and client specs.
