Source4 Personnel Solutions is seeking a skilled Toolmaker/Grinder for our Ash Vale workshop. The role focuses on manual and CNC grinding to produce precise components in a busy manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has experience in precision grinding, can read engineering drawings, and works well both independently and within a team. A 39-hour week with early finish on Fridays is offered, with overtime available and a pension scheme.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a manual/CNC machinist, toolmaker or toolroom engineer.
• Strong grinding experience across precision processes.
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and read technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment.
• Proactive with excellent attention to detail and able to work independently or in a team.
