Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Understanding calibration processes.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Previous quality inspection experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components against drawings and specifications.
• Verify dimensions with precision measuring tools.
• Carry out first-off and in-process inspections.
• Complete goods-in inspections on materials and supplier components.
• Inspect finished products before dispatch.
• Record and investigate non-conforming products.
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Assist with 8D investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records and assist calibration activities.
