Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a Production Operative for a six to eight week assignment in the UK. You will follow detailed procedures and written instructions on a 12-hour shift pattern (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am), with a pay rate of £14.00 per hour PAYE, paid weekly through Rubicon.

Induction is four days and training is structured before the assignment starts, ensuring you understand the process and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Transferable experience working to strict processes and procedures.
• Genuine attention to detail and understanding why procedures matter.

Responsibilities

• Work to documented procedures and written instructions at all times.
• Carry out tasks accurately and to a consistent standard across a full 12 hour shift.
• Check your own work and record it correctly.
• Flag anything that does not look right rather than working around it.
• Maintain safe working practices and site standards throughout.
