Job summary

TRCGroup is hiring a Press Operative for their Stourport-on-Severn workshop. You will operate saws and a laser/break-out line, ensure quality finishes, and follow drawings to meet customer specs. The role requires reliability, tool-use skills, and ability to read drawings in a busy production environment.

Hours are Mon-Thu 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-1pm, with a permanent contract. The site is in Stourport-on-Severn, and transport may be advantageous for site movements between locations.

Qualifications

• Reliability and good communication skills required.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality finishes in a workshop while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Manufacture or assemble components per drawings or customer requirements.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Operate saws and power tools, break out laser cut parts.
• Operate power press machine and linish parts.
• Inspect products for quality and compliance.
