Responsibilities

• Plate precision micro-components to finishes, including gold and tin, following procedures.
• Operate and monitor barrel plating equipment.
• Use plating measurement equipment to maintain plating thicknesses.
• Handle and use plating and pre-cleaning chemicals safely.
• Work to production schedules to support on-time delivery.
• Carry out routine maintenance and housekeeping in the plating shop.
• Develop understanding of plating chemistry and its impact on quality.
