• Engineering background and hands-on experience with production processes.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to procedures.
• Background in high-value/precision made products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce precision lens components and assemblies within dimensional tolerances.
• Select, inspect and prepare tooling for accurate production.
• Ensure quality and dimensions are suitable for further processing.
• Set up machinery to maximise efficient production of precision parts.
• Inspect components during operations and implement alterations as needed.
• Instruct teammates on machine operation and processes to maintain standards.
