Tkacceliscareers is seeking a Production Operative for our Milton Keynes site. You will process and cut metal bar and tube to customer specifications, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety.

Training is provided where needed, with a shift pattern and a site that emphasises development and long-term progression. The role involves reading drawings, operating bar saws and CNC equipment, and maintaining traceability while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read basic drawings and accurately record information.
• Flexible and willing to support other operational tasks when required.
• Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• Proactive approach with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Bar Saw to a high quality and safe standard.
• Ensure we have warehouse traceability.
• From drawings, set various machines and produce parts to order.
• Use forklifts to gather material and record information on job sheets.
