Qualifications

• Experience in soldering or model making, taking electronic items apart and putting them back together again.
• Confident and organised, eager to learn processes and standards.
• Patient and methodical when assembling to achieve the right result.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision electronic parts to build filters (including SMD components) using specifications, drawings and work instructions.
• Operate equipment such as microscopes, solder dispensers, soldering irons, tweezers and heat guns to assemble filters to required standards.
• Conduct electronic fault finding and contribute to resolving issues while maintaining quality.
